Does FORGEMFG work with brands that don't have a tech pack?
Yes. Our
tech pack support service
helps translate a design reference or sketch into production-ready
specs.
Will my design stay confidential?
Yes. NDAs are signed on request, artwork is kept in
client-segregated folders, and nothing is reused without written
approval.
Is FORGEMFG certified for US and EU import compliance?
FORGEMFG is ISO 9001 certified, BSCI audited, and OEKO-TEX Standard

How much does a sample cost, and is the fee refundable?
Sample fees depend on fabric, wash and print complexity — quoted
upfront with your feasibility check. The fee is credited back
against your first bulk order. Details on the

What should my tech pack include?
Flat sketches, a measurement chart with tolerances, fabric and GSM
specs, wash and print references, and trim/label details. PDF, AI or
Excel formats all work — and if anything is missing,

Can FORGEMFG match a wash or color from a reference garment?
Yes. Ship us the physical reference — we produce lab dips and
wash-down samples for approval before bulk, so the production run
matches the garment in your hand, not a photo.
How long does bulk production take after sample approval?
Typically 25–35 days depending on quantity, wash and print
complexity. Multi-style seasonal drops are scheduled as one
calendar. See

What shipping terms do you offer — FOB, EXW or DDP?
FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou is standard; EXW and DDP door-to-door are
available through our freight partners for US, EU, Canadian and
Australian destinations. Full options on

What are the payment terms?
Standard terms are a 30% deposit on order confirmation and the 70%
balance against pre-shipment inspection or B/L copy. We accept T/T
(bank transfer), Wise, PayPal, cryptocurrency, and Western Union.
Can I visit or audit the factory before ordering?
Yes — buyers are welcome on-site in Humen, Dongguan (40 min from
Shenzhen), and we run live video factory tours on any weekday for
remote audits. Book a time.
