Sample gallery — questions

How do I request a sample, and does the 50-piece MOQ apply?

Send your tech pack or design reference through the quote form, including the gallery reference (for example, H01), artwork, measurements, preferred fabric and planned bulk quantity. The 50-piece minimum is for bulk production, per style and per colorway. Request the sample quantity you need so we can confirm the sample-order terms separately. Gallery references identify entries on this page, not stock codes or separate garment styles.

What does a sample cost, and are revisions or shipping included?

Request an itemized sample quote for your design. Ask us to confirm the development charge, fabric and decoration requirements, revision costs, shipping charge and any sample-fee credit toward a bulk order. This gallery does not list a fixed sample price or a universal revision or refund policy; confirm these terms in writing before proceeding.

How long does sample production and delivery take?

Typical sample production takes 7–15 business days after specifications are confirmed. We confirm feasibility and sample cost within two business days; the initial inquiry response target is within 24 hours. Ask for the production start date and delivery estimate in your quote, including any material, approval or shipping conditions. Do not treat the production window as a guaranteed arrival date.

Can you match a gallery finish, and what do the wash grades mean?

Use a gallery reference to identify the wash, print or embroidery you want us to assess for your design. G1–G4 and grade 3 are labels shown in this gallery; request the corresponding physical reference and agreed finish specification rather than relying on the number alone. Wash appearance can vary with fabric and processing. Confirm the print method, color, placement, measurements and acceptable variation through sample approval before bulk production.

Can I check fabric swatches and quality requirements before ordering?

Yes. Fabric and wash swatches can be requested before a full garment sample so you can assess color and hand-feel; ask for availability, cost and shipping details. For the selected reference, request the actual fiber composition, fabric weight, fit measurements and relevant test or inspection information. Agree the pre-shipment inspection scope separately: a QC check does not by itself specify an every-piece inspection or guarantee zero defects.
