Yes. Buyers can visit the factory in Humen, Dongguan, about 40 minutes from Shenzhen. Live video factory tours are available on any weekday for remote audits. Message the team with your preferred date and time zone.

Will my design stay confidential?

Yes. NDAs are signed on request, artwork is kept in client-segregated folders, and nothing is reused without written approval. You can ask for an NDA before sending any files.
